I had a total hip replacement by Dr. Darr and I am close to 100% improvement. I can walk without limping and with almost no pain at all from time of surgery. Dr. Darr showed great concern for my health and was very comforting to know that as a Christian believer that he prayed; prayer was important before surgery. Dr. Darr was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Darr performed my right and left hip surgeries. Before my surgeries, I could barely walk and I was in constant pain. My new hips were life changing and my pain is gone now. Dr. Darr is the very best, I would not go to anyone else. His staff is very helpful and they make you feel like part of the family. Dr. Darr is a very special person and the hospital stay was great. Due to my back problem, I still do not do heavy exercising or lifting. However, since the PRP injection my hip no longer affects anything I do in life because of the PRP shot. The PRP treatments get rid of the hip pain and gradually make walking pain-free. The ARP wave helped to "wake up" muscles that had not been used in almost 18 months so that I could begin to climb stairs again. I never felt rushed by anyone- doctor. Nurse Practitioner, and/or staff, they always gave full attention. They felt concerned for what I was experiencing and a true desire to help me through this experience. I have recommended Dr. Darr to everyone I know who has orthopedic issues. He is the best.

I received the Combined Cellular Therapy (Platelet-Rich Plasma, Bone Marrow Aspiration, and Fat Graft) on my hip and it has been wonderful. I had pain in my hip for 4+years, pain was beginning to radiate into grain, hampering my walking, sleeping, and sitting, pain started in the bursasac. After a week of ARP wave, the pain no longer woke me up. I can walk without pain. Technicians are with you through the whole treatments. I was given cell number to call if I had questions or problems. Dr. Darr stayed in contact and came in at the end of my treatment. Treatment isn't extremely comfortable, but listen and stick it out, it helps. I fully recommend Dr. Darr-always have. Very caring, goes a long way to make sure they have done everything to help you. I had a torn rotator cuff, labrum, and biceps tendon. I was unable to work or perform activities of daily living. I am not yet strong enough to return to work as a physical therapist, but I am proceeding with all activities of daily living and social activities with very minimal pain. I appreciate most the quality of care. It has been outstanding. Dr. Darr is very personable and spends the amount of time needed. My whole problem was dislocation of my shoulder and this procedure relieved pain from the dislocation. The tear of my rotator cuff was so big that it would have happened again without surgery. 5 months after having arthroscopic shoulder surgery, I decided to take up a new hobby, aerial silks, which is all upper body and core work to climb and hang from the silk/ropes. I believe that Dr. Darr took into account that I was very active and a dancer/gymnast/martial artist and adapted my surgery to ensure my return to these activities. Dr. Darr is an amazing surgeon with extensive knowledge of an athlete's body and he is also a caring and concerned physician.
After receiving arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder, Dr. Darr gave great care to my complete rehabilitation. He also went in to great detail, before and after surgery, about what was being done to me. What stood out most to me, however, was the offering of prayer before going into the operating room, and the excitement he has for his work. I could not even put my clothes on before without help. After surgery on my shoulder, I am now able to do it alone, without help. When it comes to Dr. Darr, 100% quality of care stands out.
